Q1:Are you a factory or trading company?
A: We are trading and manufacturing in combination. Our head factory was built in 1970. During its over 50 years of experience in food machine designing and manufacturing, it now has developed into an enterprise with 7food machine processing factories,1 food laboratory,1 trading company, and 1 poly-tech university.
Q2:How do you control the quality?
A: We have our quality control department. They will inspect the whole process from material preparation to loading. Our workers all have at least 10 years' experience in the machinery field, and the machine will be tested before delivery. To make sure our customer can receive the good machine.
Q3:Can I visit your running machine?
A: Yes, we have our own food company, you can see our biscuit, wafer stick, cake machine running there. And we have many successful cases in the world, we keep a good relationship with our customers, you can see the machine running there.
Q4:What is your after-sale service?
A: we will send you engineers to install the machine, train your workers and provide you food recipes. They will come back until you can make good products.
Q5:How long is the machine warranty?
A:1 year warranty, whole life fixing service. Support online video call installation.
